Industrial monitors are just like the computers we usually use. They need regular maintenance. Maintenance also requires skills. Industrial Monitor
Factory will teach you how to maintain industrial monitors!
1. Avoid burning inside the screen
When not in use for a long time, you should turn off the display or reduce the display brightness of the display. Otherwise, the long-term high-brightness of the display will easily cause internal burnout or aging. Once such damage occurs, it will require "major surgery" to recover. In addition, if a fixed content is displayed continuously for a long time, it may also cause the LCD pixels to overheat and cause unavoidable losses.
2. Pay attention to maintaining humidity
In general, industrial displays with a humidity of 30% to 80% can work normally, but once the indoor humidity is higher than 80%, condensation will easily occur inside the display. The internal power transformer and other coils are also prone to leakage when damp, and may even cause a short circuit; while the high-voltage parts of the display are prone to discharge; the internal components are easy to rust and corrode, which will cause the circuit to severe cases. The board is short-circuited. Therefore, the display must be protected from moisture. The display that is not used for a long time can be energized for a period of time so that the heat generated by the display will drive out the moisture in the machine. Also, don't let any moisture enter the display. If there is fog, wipe it off with a soft cloth to turn on the power. If moisture has entered the display, it must be placed in a stable and high place to allow the moisture and organic compounds to evaporate. Powering on an LCD that contains humidity can cause corrosion of the LCD electrodes, which can cause permanent damage. The humidity of the APQ industrial display is kept at 10%~95% for the best performance.
3. Properly clean the display surface
If you find smudges on the surface of the display, you can wipe it off with a soft cloth slightly moistened with water. Do not sprinkle the water directly on the surface of the display. Water entering the LCD will cause the screen to short-circuit. Make sure the LCD is turned off.

The methods to clean the screen are:
1. Wipe the screen with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust and other particles.
2. If it is very dirty, you can pour a small amount of non-nitrogen, non-alcoholic glass cleaner on the cloth and then wipe it.
The method of cleaning the case is the same as above.
